Return and Exchange Policy
We kindly ask that you make your selections thoughtfully, as all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons related to "change of mind".
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Contact us immediately if you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items. Our team diligently reviews each delivery before shipping to maintain our quality standards. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for products damaged after delivery, but if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@makaiaustralia.com for a exchange or refund.
In the event of an incorrect size order, we are pleased to offer an exchange. However, customers are responsible for covering any associated postage or redelivery fees.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, must show no signs of wear or use and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required. If the returned item is in poor condition (unsellable), we will return it to you, and a refund will not be issued. Please ensure that you use a padded envelope for shipping.
Please note that shipping and handling fees paid on initial orders are non-refundable.
*Exceptions:
-Due to hygiene considerations, earrings cannot be returned unless they have a genuine manufacturing fault. If you discover a manufacturing fault upon receipt, please contact us promptly. All earrings are considered Final Sale.
-During sale periods or when a promotional code is used, all sales become final, and no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
