Return & Exchange Policy

1. Choose Carefully

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”

2. Inspect on Arrival

• Check your order as soon as it arrives.

• If you find any defects, damage, or wrong items, email us immediately at info@makaiaustralia.com to request a refund or exchange.

3. Size Exchanges

• If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it.

• You’re responsible for shipping costs both ways.

4. Return Requirements

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• Ship in a padded envelope to avoid damage.

• If we receive an item that isn’t in resalable condition, we will return it to you and no refund will be issued.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

• Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless there’s a genuine manufacturing fault.

• Sale & Promo Items: All sale items or orders using discount codes are final sale—no returns or exchanges.
