Order Processing

• We send out orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery estimates start from the day we dispatch your parcel—not the day you place your order.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Australia Shipping

• Free (Australia Post) for orders over $150.

• Under $150:

  • Standard – $10 (3–7 business days)

  • Express – $15 (1–3 business days)

New Zealand Shipping

• Free Express for orders over $250.

• Free Standard for orders over $180.

• Under $150:

  • Standard – $25 (6–12 business days)

  • Express – $35 (3–5 business days)

• All delivery windows are estimates from Australia Post and can vary.

• Once the parcel is with the courier, any delays are out of our hands.

• We can’t change the shipping address after your order has been sent—please double-check before you confirm.
